Slaves to Christians Our History & A Vernon Johns Lesson - Nov 09,2012

My great grandmother was a slave. This wonderful Woman learned about Christ being taught by the Slave masters. This teaching was passed down to my grandmother that passed the Slave teachings to my mother, passing the teachings onto myself. What about African Religion? What about Islam in relation to Christian teachings handed down generation to generation with its roots in Slavery, similar to other cultures dominated by White people such as Indians and other parts of Africa in which people were acculturated? Can White Pastors preach to Blacks dealing with racism daily in our jobs, being watched in stores, economic discrimination etc? Join the discourse>
