"Music soothes the savage beast" so the saying goes. But what about savage people who express anger and frustration through deadly violence? The arts have been taken out of many public schools, a decision some say helped contribute to the climate of violence. One community organization is seeking to bring back the arts and use music and dance to resurrect the spirit of peace in the hearts of those who have exploded with anger and violence.
