How important is what we say?  Interestingly enough, the book of James says our whole religion rides on it (James 1: 26).  As it were, God cares a great deal both about what we say and how we say it.  Think about it:  Martin Luther King, Jr., fueled a movement with his words.  Forty years later, Barack Obama was elected arguably because of his words.  Even now, US citizens are positioning themselves to vote based upon each presidential candidate's words.  And, according to the Lord Jesus, the people of God are sanctified by God’s word (John 17: 17).  Since what we say is so powerful, it is vital that we speak according to the law of Christ. Join us today for a BlogTalkRadio show entitled “The Importance of Watching What We Say.”  We will discuss the criticality of bridling the tongue and provide biblical counsel as to how to go about doing so.
