How did Jesus Christ "fulfill" the Law? What does it mean to Israelites?

Christian organizations and now many Israelite organizations are teaching a false doctrine that Jesus Christ by "fulfilling" the law means that the laws of God are no longer in effect. This is a great misunderstanding of the scriptures that will be made crystal clear in this discussion that many of the laws of the Bible are still applicable today in all aspects of life. Christ being the final and ultimate sacrifice shows that the sacrificial laws and the laws concerning the priesthood have been changed.
