Keeping it Real: Ethan and Chrissie talk about Relapse

There is no darker place than falling into a lapse/relapse/episode of a mental illness. It is scary and far from anywhere hope exists. What do you do in those times to get you through?? Ethan and Chrissie are going to talk about what it feels like to be there and how to hang on and stay strong until you can get into a better place.
