Jaremiah Chapter 38 Kings James Version Jeremiah has been sent by God to speak to a group of men in the city, to give them God's prophecy  concerning the judgement he is getting ready to send on them, they become angry, and call for Jeremiah  to be put to death for preaching what they believe to be a false message.
