Capitals Corner w/ Special Guest Mike Vogel

Tonight, Alan will breakdown and preview the Capitals first round playoff matchup with the New York Islanders. Joining Alan will be special guest, Senior Writer for Washington Capitals.com, Mike Vogel. Mike just finished his 20th season covering hockey in Washington. In addition to providing most of the written content on the team's official Web site, Vogel has hosted the longest continuously running podcast in the NHL, Capitals Report, which debuted in March of 2002. Vogel also hosts Pre-Cap, the Caps' official pre-game podcast and Two-Man Advantage, the video pregame show for the Web and Verizon Center. Pre-Cap began its run at the outset of the 2005-06 season and 'Two-Man Advantage' debuted in 2007-08. Although the Caps and Islanders have not played in the playoffs in 22 seasons, the history is storied and Alan will take you back through time.
