Its our first show! NFL teams are SO quick to throw young guys (especially QBs) into the mix at such a young age, what detrimental effect does it have on player development? Guys like EJ Manuel, Geno Smith, etc. haven't benefited, while others like Andrew Luck and Cam Newton have...why?
